I would highly recommend Claire Lord at Blue Wren Real Estate to anyone who it trying to find a rental in Perth. She was brill, so personable, very honest and also reasonably priced. She secured us the first house we applied for. We are in the UK and we have a dog too! Claire went to the viewing on our behalf and helped us put in a stand out application. Blue Wren Real Estate took over our property a few months ago and it has been the best move ever for our investment property and us. We moved from a large corporate and since taking it over the service is so amazing. The condition of our property has improved dramatically, rent increased handled with finesse. There has been a few plumbing issues and they have been address swiftly and well. Claire is professional, very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, lovely! Would highly recommend them!!!

Claire and the Blue Wren team took over the management of our Wembley apartment a few months ago now and i couldnt be happier. In contrast to the previous property manager, Claire has been very proactive in chasing strata / tradies for repairs and maintenance in prompt turn around times which has helped keep our tenants happy. Further, she has been excellent in communicating and and managing tenant expectations for rental increases during this interest rate increase cycle. Very impressed so far Claire, keep up the good work!
