I had two rental properties in Perth managed by Leaf Asset Real Estate for many years without any problems. I lived in country WA and nothing was an issue I asked them to do including assisting with a bathroom renovation of one property. When I decided to sell these properties they sold both in a week at prices I was very happy with. Highly recommend using them for both property management and selling a property.
